Since our expansion the Border Bar are pleased to stock ice cold Chang beer straight from the pump served in either a 1 liter jug, 1.5 liter sealed iced jug or the whopping 3 liter cooled tower for those with a heavy thirst.

As well as draught beer we also stock Singha, Leo and Chang Original in large bottles and Thai prices yes that is Thai prices no overcharging or two tier pricing policy at the Border Bar!

Cultural Tip

If you have travelled to Thailand before you may have noticed it is not uncommon for Thai people to bring their own whiskey into restaurants.  This is allowed also in the Border Bar but please understand that Thai's will never bring their own beer (whiskey/spirit only) and always order soda water or mixers, buckets of ice and food.  Do not give westerners a bad reputation by taking your own spirit into a bar and not regularly ordering soda water or mixers, ice and food and dont be surprised if you are kindly asked to leave if you dont!
